With stellar client service and a deft ability to match clients to properties, Julie consistently earns the trust of buyers, sellers and investors. She’s expertly handled transactions for out-of-state buyers, sight unseen, and she’s a savvy negotiator with abundant enthusiasm for her work and a long history of top-producer accolades. Julie uniquely combines past careers as a Ph.D. research scientist, educator and nonprofit arts fundraiser to create an experience that is analytical, knowledgeable and always rooted in fulfilling the specific needs of her clients. A devotion to learning has been a constant throughout her life, starting with earning a Ph.D. by the age of 24. In real estate, she’s obtained an Associate Broker designation and recently completed her New York Residential Specialist certification as well.

A longtime resident of Manhattan, Julie is well-versed in the city’s many enclaves. She currently lives in Midtown West, where she enjoys being at the center of everything.
